SHIPPING INFORMATION

All Orders

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Ground/standard Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM PST with Next Day or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM PST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

We are not responsible for a package once it is in the carrier's hands and ask that you immediately contact the carrier if a package is lost or delayed. 

If the status on your order says delivered and you would like to file a claim, please contact carrier directly and have your tracking number on hand. 

If a shipping address is misspelled and sent back to us, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the additional fee for re-shipment. Undeliverable addresses include: missing Po Box Numbers, incomplete or misspelled addresses and un-deliverable/return to sender. 

Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will not send a replacement parcel or offer a refund if the parcel was "Returned To Sender".

 

INTERNATIONAL

USPS first class package to Canada - should you use this shipping service, please note that all though you will be provided with a tracking number from USPS, your package may not get scanned by the postal office before it gets shipped out. Please be advised that if you receive an email from Ana Sahar with your shipping information, that it is no longer in our hands and in the hands of the courier.

Please only place an order if you have a valid shipping address. Ana Sahar does not take any responsibility for shipping address once it is in the carriers hands. If your package is lost in transit please contact carrier with tracking information

Shipping time is subject to carrier and shipping country.

Duties and Taxes
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Ana Sahar does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

Ana Sahar does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of Ana Sahar. As we're based out of the US, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.

 

Returns/Exchanges

All purchases are final sale.

We are not currently offering returns or exchanges - We hope you love Ana Sahar as much as we do :).

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (info@anasahar.com) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
