A: Shopping at Ana Sahar is safe. We process all sales through a secure Shopify Payments system. We also offer Paypal as an additional payment option.

A: Ana Sahar Jewelry charges your card for the full amount when your order is processed.
Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Ground/standard Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM PST with Next Day or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM PST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.
